HELLO KUWAIT!

I arrived here in paradise about a week ago. Believe it or not, things haven’t changed much in 2 years! It’s still hot, and it still smells like garbage. While temperatures are starting to cool, it is still warm enough for certain body parts to sweat profusely and stick to other body parts (about 100F). Without revealing too many of our top secret plans, I can tell you that my unit is assembling here in Kuwait before we head north to Contingency Operating Base Speicher, near Tikrit, Iraq.

I’ve decided to start this blog (yeah, I know blogs are so 2004) to keep all of you jerks informed of my doings throughout the next year. This will not become some trite “Military Blog” like this loser, but rather a literary experiment rivaled by few, resented by many. So log on, post comments/requests, tell your friends, create your own blog dedicated to discussing the joy and merits of my blog, name your first born after me, spank yourself!
